I would TOTALLY rent this RV again and HIGHLY recommend them!We really appreciated Alejandro's patience the day of return since it took us ALL DAY to find a carwash that could accommodate the height and clean the exterior. Poor planning on my part. I didn't plan ahead. I'm sure it was nerve wracking to only have phone calls for 4+ hrs. with updates about our ETA with their baby. They remained positive. I'm sure anyone can sympathize, its a great leap of faith on both parties during this transaction. Outdoorsy does a great job at taking some anxiety out of the transaction with the forms and their adherence to standards on both sides of the deal.

Outstanding experience! Alejandro was very nice, professional and accommodating. It was a beautiful rv. Can’t wait to do it again!
