Multiple problems with this rental:
1) Huong claimed $150 against security deposit using a policy that appears to be made up on the fly regarding late return even though it was discussed at length with him.
2) Huong claimed $168 for mileage driven against security deposit. I do not dispute the mileage, but he sought to get this in cash, against outdoorsy policy.
3) Water heater did not work in the RV. He was informed and made no offer to assist. Unable to shower.
4) No radio, no backup camera working, even though it was in the description as a feature
5) He claimed gas tanks were full, but they were in fact at the 2/3 mark.
6) Claimed fresh water and propane full, also not true.

We had an awesome time! The RV was great! Especially for my wife with leukemia. She was able to come with us and be comfortable the whole time! The RV was really clean and worked perfect for our trip!

The refrigerator and the microwave were not working with the generator nor were they working hooked up to electricity. We put the water on at our first hook up spot and it was leaking underneath the closet so we had to shut the water off and not use running water throughout the entire trip. The vinyl floor under the closet Has buckled up in one spot. Pictures and videos taken. Back up camera never worked.

Great RV. Helpful owner, easy pick up and return. Would rent again, just be aware of especial charges tagged on at the end (specially if you are a first time renter). Normal fees like , propane, generators, dump fees, etc)

This was our first rv experience. Huong was courteous, prompt with delivery and pick up. RV was very clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend any of his rentals (he has several) to friends and family!

Huong is the best. He made everything very easy and his RV was extremely nice and clean.
