About Manny & Steph De Leon
Hey outdoorsy! We’re Steph & Manny with our two pups Nala & Dash! We’re excited to share our van adventures with you all. Getting out on the road for the outdoors has been our favorite escape from our busy work lives. It all started with renting a van ourselves on outdoorsy, we fell in love with the process and the memories we made. So, we decided to get our own adventure van named Bruce a Winnebago Revel 4x4. We are beyond stoked to be able to share the same passion for the open road with you and your pets! Don’t hesitate and cruise with Bruce!

We had an amazing experience with "Cruise with Bruce"! For our five-year anniversary trip, my husband and I rented a camper van to explore the coast from San Diego to Carmel-by-the-sea/Big Sur. The freedom to stop wherever we wanted along the way made the trip even better. We would definitely love to rent this vehicle again in the future.

Manny & Steph’s Sprinter had all the bells and whistles plus being practically brand new no issues when it came to reliability… it got fairly good gas mileage as well. Traveling with my 7& 10 yr. Old kids for 6 days & 5 nights Freon the mountains to the sea was one adventure to another!!

Bruno is a handsomely rugged vehicle that exceeded my expectations and met all my needs! Would definitely recommend renting from Manny and Steph as they were very accommodating and flexible to my schedule.

Great trip! First Revel experience and we are hooked! Manny did a great job educating us before the trip. All around east set up and adventure. Rig was super clean and in great shape. Just do it!

This was our first experience renting on Outdoorsy and it did not disappoint. While searching for vans to take on a NYE road trip adventures to The Redwoods we found Bruce! Manny and Steph were excellent hosts right from the start. Manny sent us a ton of videos on getting acquainted with Bruce before our trip started and was super communicative, and helpful keeping us informed, and answered any and all of our questions. Bruce came fully stocked with cups, plates, bowls, silverware, knives, cutting boards, a drying rack, soap, salt & pepper and super cute little Cruise with Bruce Yeti Mugs that kept our coffee and tea hot for hours by the campfire. You can tell that Manny and Steph put a lot of thought and care, into forseeing all the essentials you might need while out on your adventure. Bruce gave us our first taste of van life and now we are hooked!! Would definitely rent again and recommend Bruce to anyone looking to get out there and go on adventure, the Revel is like having a little home on wheels- all the luxuries, freedom and self containment of an RV, but easy to navigate and park like a big truck or XL SUV.

My pup Forrest and I had the pleasure of cruising with Bruce from Encinitas to Big Sur for the weekend! Manny and Stephanie were great hosts; Manny gave me a comprehensive overview when I picked Bruce up, as well as sent some YouTube links so I was feeling confident and ready for my journey. My favorite part was enjoying coffee in the adorable custom yeti mugs in the morning under the awning! Stephanie and Manny had the kitchen stocked with just what I needed for the trip. Can’t wait to book Bruce for another adventure!

Amazing doesn’t even begin to cover it. Bruce is immaculate and has everything you need for an amazing vacation. We drove the magnificent Pacific Coast. Bruce drives amazing, can go just about anywhere, and is just as breathtaking as the scenic views. Manny and Steph were great. We had an incredible trip.

Manny was extremely helpful and responsive before and during our trip! The van is extremely well taken care of, thoughtfully outfitted, and made our adventure in Big Sur perfect. We’d definitely take another trip with Bruce!

Manny was very responsive to any questions and flexible on our trip planning. We did 5 nights in the Eastern Sierras and being a 2022 with the great battery capability, the van was able to keep our dogs cool in the heat, running the AC when needed for several hours. This Revel has everything you need to be off the grid in style and comfort. The fridge is big enough for 5 days worth of food and the shower, cassette toilet and induction range make it easy to stay out there. Will definitely rent from Manny & Steph again.

Wonderful experience all-around. Manny was very responsive, provided a great introduction to the vehicle and loads of valuable information on how the different features work. The vehicle (Bruce) is a fantastic nearly brand new Revel with all the bells and whistles. The lithium batteries were stellar and the kitchen was perfect for our needs, although most of our cooking was done outdoors on a camp stove, we used the induction stovetop a few times. The fridge is plenty roomy and the hot water for sinks and showers was appreciated as was the heat when the air temperature dropped. We had three people, two slept in the bed and one underneath on a camp mat and it worked well. Didn't use the bathroom, instead used it for storage with the convenient shelves. The vehicle drives great, I have a F150 super crew and the Revel has better maneuverability and can fit in all parking spots we came across. The only drawback I found was that the roof is taken up by the solar and AC unit so we couldn't use for racking our surfboards, we put them in the vehicle garage and took them out when setting up camp. All in all, just a great vehicle and great experience with Manny - highly recommend!
