Hi, we are Open Road RVs

I had Worst experience with the RV and the Owner, All the windows are damaged and the Owner informed us before we took the RV, however the back window glass broken on the road. And the owner charged twice for the repair which is not my fault.

And Owner never responded to my calls or texts.

This was our first ever travel trailer rental. It was the perfect size for us with room to spare! The trailer was towed easily with our half-ton truck. Donna and her husband were super helpful from start to finish! We will definitely be renting again soon!

The Dellingers were great to work with and the camper was fantastic for our trip.

We would absolutely rent from them again.

Unfortunately we had the bad luck of getting a flat tire in the process of which substantial damage occurred. The damage included damage to the wheel-well, the side of the RV and while pulling off the road ( tight section with trees), the awning was damaged. Donna recognizing this was an accident which was not our fault and could easily/legally have charged us the full deductible. Instead Donna took care of her costumers and refunded our full deposit and took care of the issues!!!

Class act!!!! Not much more that could be said than that!

Great camper, the owners were wonderful to communicate with especially since we are inexperienced in a RV. I recommend them to anyone wanting a great camping vacation. A plus for us was the Geo-Pro is one of the models we wanted to try out.

Good service

We had a great weekend in the Smoky Mountains with our (4) grandsons. They had never set foot into an RV previously and loved the experience. Donna and Henry were great hosts to us. Aside from a few minor issues in the coach, everything worked very well. We did not realize the fridge takes a full day to cool down, so we lost a bit of prepared food. We would rent from Open Road RVs again. Thanks!

We had a wonderful trip with Open Road RV. The RV was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. The RV was even nicer than the pictures could show. It was our first time taking an RV camping trip and Donna and Preston were great in showing us how to use everything and were available if we had questions. Our kids had a blast, we will definitely be renting again in the future.

I had a great experience! The RV was very nice and the booking/pickup process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend.
