We rented this RV to drive to NC, We didn’t camp, just strictly drove it. Naseem didn’t go over all of the features because He said since We’re just driving it, We wouldn’t need to know about how all of the features work. The Passenger Side Seat Belt was Broken, So My Wife couldn’t sit There. The Headlights we’re broken, so We had to drive the entire time with The High Beams on. The Bathroom when flushed smelled horribly. A previous Renter broke the Awning, so Naseem had it rolled up and taped, of course it came undone, so We used bungee cords and tape to secure it while driving. This was Our first time renting an RV, We wanted to try it before We purchased one, We had a bad experience with This RV, When We returned the RV and again went over everything wrong with the RV, The Owner Naseem said He should not have rented it to Us until after it was repaired. He took $200 off of Our 2,000 bill. This RV Is very dangerous, in its current condition, I would not recommend it at all.

Naseem was incredibly responsive during and before the trip and understanding when we had to reschedule during the covid pandemic. The RV was perfect for our cross country trip and easy to drive.

I was very disappointed in my booking as Naseem canceled with only 10 days to go before our trip leaving us in a horrible situation. I’m not even sure that I am receiving a full refund to my credit card as it mentioned a service fee for refund... I will see what happens

We had a wonderful experience driving from NJ to FL and back with our two small children. The RV is an easy and smooth ride. Surprisingly very good mileage to the gallon. Everything inside was very clean. Naseem was always available to answer any questions. We are very appreciative and would definitely rent this RV again.

This our first RV trip and Naseem was very helpful and walked us through everything. He promptly answered all of our questions throughout our trip! The RV was very nice, you can tell he takes great pride in it and has professionally cleaned in between. We feel very fortunate that this was our first experience.

The Itasca was the perfect vehicle for what we needed. Naseem was very thorough and clear about his rv. Would rent from him again if we come back to the area.

I rented the Itasca Viva from Naseem for 10 days and I was very happy with the experience. This was my first time in an RV and Naseem explained all the systems and features thoroughly and patiently. The unit was very clean and well appointed. I found the bed quite comfortable and liked the fact that the front seats swivel around to become comfortable chairs in the living area. A friend used the dinette bed and said it was quite comfortable. I was able to watch a dvd on the entertainment system and play music over bluetooth from my phone. The shower is big enough to use easily and the tankless hot water worked well.

Naseem was amazing and patient with this novice. Absolutely loved the RV, drove easily, had everything I needed and was clean. Naseem was responsive all along my journey. A true gentleman. My only regret in leaving a great review......the RV may not be there when I am ready for my next adventure! He gets my highest praise.
