They were great to communicate with and prompt in their responses. I met with Christina and she went over everything with me on how the RV works. The RV was great and very homey feeling. Unfortunately the morning that we were going to empty the grey/black tanks after our weekend get away, we discovered the RV had been stolen overnight. Despite Christina and Tom being very distraught (as we were also), they handled the situation well and didn't take out their frustrations about the situation on us personally. We continue to keep our fingers crossed that it is retrieved unscathed so that it can continue to be used by others as it was a lovely RV to use for the weekend.

We had an amazing trip to Arizona, touring the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Havasu on the way out and Hoover Dam and Vegas on the way back. The RV was perfect for us, comfortably sleeping 5 adults, running like a champ the entire trip and saving us from the heat with the AC which we had to run a couple of times through the night in 110 degree heat. The extra equipment was very helpful and we used camp chairs, dishwashing buckets, camp stove, small table and most importantly marshmallow skewers. Finally, Christinia was super nice and available and responsive to answer the few small questions we had during the trip. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

First, I want to be sure to clarify that this is a well-loved RV and is not a brand new unit loaded with fancy features. This is a well-maintained, reliable RV that is very clean and not too hard to drive. Two of the key points my wife and I were looking for included room to move around the outside of the master bed and a functioning clean restroom to avoid nature walks in the middle of the night. This RV fit our needs perfectly. Our kids each had their own bed and there was room to shimmy past even when the scissor-bed/couch was made up. Both of our kids reported that their respective beds were comfortable.Now for our adventure: We picked up the RV at the owners home and were provided a thorough review of how to operate the amenities. The owner was friendly and clear. Our trip included staying next to some friends who own a toy hauler and are experienced with the hook-up and tank management so we did have some advantage since this was our first RV rental. Ultimately, we would have been just fine with the review provided by the owner. We were shown how to hook up to power, given pointers about water use and talked through the dumping process. The last step was a walk around to look at the overall physical condition and I took a quick video of the outside. The owner had parked so that we could drive away forward without needing to back up at all. I have to say this was very thoughtful as the first time behind the wheel of a 29 foot vehicle without rear visibility is a lot different than your typical car or even moving truck you may have rented in the past. This vehicle swivels wide on the back wheels.We took the RV to our home to check everything out and of course load our supplies. We took too much but it was really nice to know we wouldnt need for anything. I noticed on the drive to our home that the stereo doesnt have Blutooth but it does have an AUX-in connection. I happen to have a Bluetooth adapter for just such a situation and made use of it for the trip. We streamed our favorite music sources while the GPS on my phone displayed our route and it was just like normal for us. You will probably want to bring a window mount for your phone. That AUX-in is a 3.5mm connector by the way (typical for headphones).The ride is noisy, and more so after adding our own stuff. Having traveled in RVs with my parents as a kid, this was familiar. If you want a quiet ride, you need to pad everything inside cupboards with towels and blankets but it still wont help the echoing space of the main cabin. Cars are lined with soft surfaces to help quite them and an RV is mostly hard sound reflecting surfaces. RVs are also big and heavy requiring a big noisy engine which will contribute to the overall effect. Keep in mind you are basically driving a portable house. I didnt find it bad at all, where my wife was a bit surprised but not put off by it. I have driven service vehicles in my past and this was not any noisier.Outdoorsy provided a lot of communication between the booking and the pick up which was really nice about half the time and the other half was just to sell us on another trip. All documents including the contract were sent from Outdoorsy and I printed everything. The owner had also printed the contract so there was some duplication. Aside from the rental form, Outdoorsy sent a departure checklist, Summary Receipt, Roadside Assistance Card, Vehicle Protection Plan information (we paid extra for that), and the Insurance ID Card. The experience felt as professional as any other rental company we have dealt with. The owner maintained steady communication ramping up as we got close to departure. By the time we picked up the RV I felt almost like I knew them.

Price wise it is the cheapest on the market but there are many items that were not working at the time of our visit. The blinds by the kitchen is missing and you can not have privacy inside. The shower does not work and not able to use it. The RV is very old with no updates but the engine is strong and rans great. The bathroom sink when turned on leaks water around faucet. The owners are very helpful and very good at explaining things but know that the price is low for a reason. If I had to do my trip over I rather pay higher price or newer rv. Be ready that I drove over 900 miles on this and it averages about 5-6 miles per gallon.

Mansoor, I am so sorry you were unhappy with the RIG. It saddens me that expectations were not met. We are happy to extend a discount to you for future reservations if you like. Just make sure to remind me when booking.The RV price is right for the size and the gently used factor. Everything works as it should with the exception of the sofa blind. Sadly, the replacement blind is on back order and impossible to get quickly. As far as the shower goes, it works fine, but is an RV shower with low pressure. When camping it is nice to be able to rinse off, but for relaxing....not so much! LOL! Not to mention the hot water tanks are very small on RVs. As far as gas mileage goes it gets the standard 8 miles to the gallon.

The RV is a well cared for classic! Really comfy and has all the things you need - our family had a fabulous time! Christina and Tom are really friendly and great communicators, and prepared us for a great trip. We hope to rent this RV again.

Christina’s consistent communication and quality of information kicked off a great road trip for the family! Once it came time for pickup, the attention spent to thoughtfully and thoroughly explain all the components and parts of the process and vehicle made the journey super smooth. The vehicle was not only in great shape but more spacious that we had anticipated and had everything we needed. Everything went according to plan and was perfect for some family camping fun!

We had a great time in Christina’s RV. Spent over a week with my family traveling to Southern Utah. The RV was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was in working order, comfortable and easy to use. Christina was fast to respond and helpful in our planning. Hope to use again.

My 18 year old son and I went on a three day trip to Doran Beach, Bodega Bay, CA and had a memorable time. The RV was absolutely perfect, sparkling clean, comfortable, easy to drive and Christina was so easy to communicate with and was very responsive when I had a question on the trip. I'd definitely rent from Christine and Tom again!!!
