The trailer was perfect for our weekend getaway. Ryan was promptly responsive to communication and a pleasure to do business with. We would rent this unit again from him. We did have a minor issue with not getting hot water after the first night but suspect it was probably our own user error. Leaving the note here for reference, in case it turns out to be an ongoing problem. Thanks Ryan!

Ryan was a great host. He took the time to explain everything to us before we left and told us to message him at any time if we had any questions. Ryan surprised us with a nice gift basket that our kids enjoyed gotta love s'mores.
The trailer is new, clean and was a perfect fit for my family. (The kids loved the bunk beds) We had so much fun and looking forward to renting the Hideout again in the future.
