Bert was extremely helpful with the RV rental on such short notice when our previous RV was canceled. He did deliver and walked us through everything. He did not have a generator that was currently working so we did have to rent one and I would just clarify which is the correct one to get because we were unable to run the A/C and other amenities at the same time. We were just unable to find one on such short notice. The RV was spacious and there were more than enough linens, towels, and cooking supplies provided. Only complaint would be communicating, responses did come back slow and took a few text messages for a response. But I do understand being busy with work and family. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciate him renting out his RV!
