It was good for what it was but it was a little run down and some locks on the outside we’re broken to where we couldn’t get our water out for the weekend. I would say there are better rvs out there but it was good for what it was!

Excellent trip! We loved the layout of this RV. Several places to sit and comfortably hang out. A Pickup location conveniently close to the airport. The host was accommodating and helped us with items we forgot. Everything worked well & the beds were comfortable. It was not spotless clean, but that is expected for an older RV.

Scott was great to work with throughout the process. His communication prior to, and during the trip was good. The vehicle was as advertised with no surprises. We would definitely rent from Scott again.

Our group had a great experience with Scott's Fleetwood Jamboree RV. What to expect for first timers? You'll get a walk through with Scott inside and outside the RV. Make sure all mechanical parts are working properly. Take lots of pics of the RV with your phone as a record. I would not recommend using the fresh water in the RV to brush your teeth as some of us got a stomach bug. Some water put inside the fresh water tank from previous trips were from water that is non-potable. Instead use potable water either from water bottles or somewhere trusted to brush your teeth. If the RV battery dies because you left a light or some other electric part on you can use the emergency starter switch by the ignition key. Remember to flush black water first and then grey water after as the smell won't be as bad. Just some of the things off the top of my head. Our trip was super fun traveling in northern California with my family. Definitely would rent from Scott again if I ever get a chance to go back out to Cali!

Unfortunately, I had an extremely terrible experience with my rental.

RV was not in any way for 8 people, or up to safety or clean standard, one of the beds was completely useless, the bed that was supposed to be on the side of the dining table was broken so we could not put the cushions properly and it made our sleeping situation really bad, the black tanks was given to us not empty, I literally saw him flush some weird material that had been sitting in the toilet for God knows how long. Tires were not fill with the proper air and since it was my first time renting an RV I had no idea, we asked Scott about the air pressure and he said it was totally fine, we trusted him and this caused us to almost crash and pay insane amounts of gas money, the RV was not clean when we picked it up, same with plates, in no way it was provided cups or plates for 4 people, again making it our accommodation really hard. The bathroom even had old hard soap it was disgusting. Furthermore, The owner English level is very basic making it almost impossible to communicate upon arrival. I honestly don't believe this RV is a 2017 model, he sent us videos to check and in no way that is what we encounter. The RV motor and tires kept making really weird sounds, same with the water pump. This RV is in a big need of check ups and repairs. I love the idea of keep renting RVs with Outdoorsy but they need to be up to standards and not in the way we received it. The state of the chairs is also disgusting. My advice to you is to find another listing.

Scott canceled the reservation. He said he didn't qualify for the outdoorsy insurance and you must book on rvshare.com . So I guess he sends all his outdoorsy customers to rvshare. I felt this was shady and did not go to rvshare.com to rent his rv. The rv seemed nice but it was too much drama for us. Scott at the end of our conversation you demeanor changed... he started to almost laugh and me and told me he's been doing this for years. Watch out for guy...

As newbies, we had a fabulous experience, the RV was as described, accurate & we all thought it was roomy & appropriately sized for our group of 5 adults. My husband didn't understand a few things, but my grown daughters learned a ton!!! loved the vehicle, so much to love. With as many pros, there has to be cons, right? Our cons included a constant "dinging sound" indicating the brake was on, but it was not. We did have to buy additional pillows/linens, but we don't blame owner for that at all. We RECOMMEND this owner, he was quick to reply, friendly & this is what you want from this site!!!! The Waltons
