About Cody's RV rentals
Hi my name is Cody and me and my wife Cheyenne are looking to rent out rv. Pets are no issue we have three dogs so we understand the need to take your pet along with you. We just ask that you clean up after them of course! Also we have four kids so we know how that goes I hope you look into taking our RV on your trip!

BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT THIS RV!! Apparently outdoorsy does not care what shady owners they enlist to falsely advertise and mislead potential renters into renting their shoddy equipment. Outdoorsy is not transparent and only concerned with the exorbitant fees they collect from both owners and renters. Too many problems to list with this RV but the owners seems to think heat and hot water are luxury items. He found it easier to lie about the rental than tell the truth when asked about basics like the propane tanks, I may have had one half tank ,when he in fact told me they were both full, it does not sleep ten as falsely advertised, as there is no mattress on the hide a bed, you could pretend you are camping on the cold, hard ground. I guess you could sleep as many people as you want if you can pack in and sleep on the floor. The furnace warmed the unit to a whopping 59 degrees, not bad I guess if its 25 degrees outside. Most importantly the water heater was not working correctly as it had burned prior to my use and upon starting it, it burned more wires. Perhaps he should have fixed it or advised not to use it and blame me for a fire. Instead he chose to lie and said to keep it on both propane and electric as they work simultaneously..... they don't. Unfortunately it is not important for this company or owner to conduct business with a good code of standards. You can not charge someone for products and services and not deliver the goods. This was the most expensive and worst vacation rental of my life, truly disheartening that it turned out that way. A little truth and some maintenance on equipment would have went a long ways into making this experience better. I would never recommend or rent from Outdoorsy again either. Thumbs down to all and zero stars!
