Jeremy was awesome to work with from beginning to end! The van was amazing, in great shape, and well-equipped. It drove like a dream, amazing turn radius, and no issues with inclines or long distances.

So far, a very poor experience. The vehicle I rented broke down and I found the process through outoorsy to be quite unhelpful. The vehicle owner has been very helpful. Additionally I have received an email from outdoorsy regarding an interior damage claim, and no other information. This has been quite an unpleasant use of my vacation time. I would greatly appreciate someone reaching out to me to discuss my lost time, cost for an Uber from a broken vehicle, non reimbursable campsites which I paid for, and what is going on with this interior damage claim.

The van was great! Super easy & fun to drive. Obviously not a new van, so some quirks. We had trouble with the awning and the propane was not filled when we got the van, which caused some frustration when we were off the grid — if it’s your first time in a van like this (it was for me!) do a more in-depth walk through. Jeremy is game, I was just eager to get on the road : ). Jeremy was quick to respond to questions throughout the trip. Anyone thinking about taking a winter trip — the heat works great! I took this up to Redwood NP and it rained really hard at night but I was completely dry sleeping in the top compartment.

Great weekend trip down to Morro Bay and Big Sur, 2 adults and 2 kids. Very easy booking experience, Jeremy was great and very helpful, gave us also some trip advice on where to go! The van was comfortable and very fun to drive, easy to set up for the night.

Bucket list trip down the California Coast, camping and surfing the whole way. Van drives great - both beds very comfortable . Bonus solar power & xtra battery kept fridge cold and electricity working 24/7.

Such a positive experience - from communication, to the thought and care put into preparing our van, Van Burgundy, with everything we could possibly need. I had the freedom to go wherever I wanted without planning too much, knowing my home would be with me no matter where we ended up! Jeremy was helpful, caring, and made our trip so easy. I can't wait to rent again, and will tell everyone I know to consider it for their next vacation!
