An IT professional for over 30 years, currently having my own consulting practice, loving travel, boating, jet skiing, movies, music, and reading, mostly non-fictions. My hobbies are writing and carpenter work building things. In addition, I own a piece of beautiful land by a lake and a river, near Brazoria City, the cradle of Texas. I like to make it a place where people can come to see, appreciate, and enjoy the beauty of Nature. The land will definitely keep me busy in years ahead.

BAD experience, 3 days prior to our departure the owner messaged us that the toilet cannot be used!!!! After a small dialog with him he agreed to the use of the toilet, we later found out the toilet LEAKS and floods the restroom floor during our first night….. 28 degrees outside and were dealing with water leaks in the middle of the woods.
1. The rubber garden hose that you provided for our freshwater supply line is not the correct type of hose for a camper but it is also damaged and leaks at the head so I had to replace it with an actual camper hose
2. The outside pull out sink sprayer is cracked and water sprays everywhere
3. The outside pull out sink drain is put together with duct tape and also leaks
4. The toilet one flushed sprays water out of the back connection hose. Maybe this is why you told us not to use the toilet.
5. Propane tank one is completely empty propane tank number two maybe had 25% fuel in it and we used it all last night already I will have to refill them. It's 28° where I'm at last night and we need a heater
6. The glass top to the stove was also shattered and missing prior to our rental. and there was glass everywhere in the carpet on the floor, Inside the couch
7. The camper was extremely dirty there was sand and dog hair everywhere
We thoroughly cleaned the camper and picked up all of the glass out of the carpet before we came camping.
