Our vans are the perfect blend of ruggedness and luxury. They allow you to get out as deep in nature as you're willing to traverse while still maintaining the convenience of home. We pride ourself on our level of quality control. Each rig is meticulously inspected, cleaned, and function tested. Vehicle surfaces are disinfected and linens are prepared fresh before every booking.

Great van! The owners were very flexible with pick up and drop off times. They covered everything thoroughly at pick up, but there's a comprehensive manual in case you forget something. The interior has a very functional layout and it's easy to drive.

We had a great time on our weekend trip in the La Explora Van! It was so comfortable and super convenient from cooking, to cleaning up using the hot water tank. We slept great on the comfy mattresses and the height of the inside was so nice could stand up and move around comfortably. We were warm and cozy the whole time using the solar powered heater.
The owners are amazing. So nice and easy to work with they are wonderful people. We cannot wait for our next adventure in La Explora!

La Explora delivered an amazing family experience camping in San Luis Obispo. The van offers a unique camping experience, and provides all the necessary amenities needed to camp. Charles and Pam were helpful, professional, and extremely friendly. We will definitely be renting again in the future.

La Explora was more than what we expected ! Wow, beyond impressive. The level of cleanliness was the very first thing that caught our attention upon our initial walk through. The van was in immaculate condition & you could tell this thing has been kept up with general maintenance (clean, safe, sanitized, etc. ) Everything you would want in your weekend getaway! Our favorite feature by far was the fridge & freezer. I’m a foodie so having that room to store your frozen & refrigerated goods was a plus for me! La Explora, we’ll be back! Thanks again Charles & Pam for your commitment to EXCELLENCE!
