Calvin was a great communicator and he had prompt responses regardless of the time of day.
RV was given to us clean, with all amenities available.
Only issue was the onboard TV did not work, previous renters may have made the remote/TV inoperable.
Overall as first time RV users, the trip was great and Calvin gave a great rundown of how to operate and maintain the vehicle while on our trip, which was incredibly helpful and a great learning experience.
