Kim was very thorough and great to work with. The vehicle ran like a champ through the smoky mountains. Comfortable and packed with everything we might possibly need!

She was above and beyond for every aspect. We truly enjoyed our trip and the van and every interaction with her 100 percent. I would recommend her to anyone as a host !
