Overall, it was a good trip. Here are some things to note about this particular vehicle, that are not on the website. First, the refrigerator will ONLY work when plugged in to a 50 amp plug at a campground. Otherwise, it does not work or stay cool/cold because it is not hooked up to the propane like most other RVs. We hope the refrigerator door will also be fixed so that it stays closed when turning corners. Also take note that only two of the overhead cupboards stay open on their own; we hope those are fixed for the next renter of the van. We often struggled to open the sliding side door from the outside and had to go back inside to open it from the inside. The bed is very comfortable as are the seats. It was easy to drive and maneuver. Also note that each time you fill up the diesel gas tank, you must put in DEF, one box of which was provided by the host, or many truck gas stations have DEF pumps. We didn’t use the toilet or shower because we were at campgrounds on our trip. The microwave works great when the RV is plugged in to a 50 amp plug. We are thankful for the opportunity to try out this Sprintervan and had lots of questions from people along our way asking about it. Ed was an accommodating host, and Hector, who was the main point person, responded promptly to our texts/questions along the route.

Campers or weekend travelers beware. This host/representative for the host has a lot of hidden or unspoken charges that are not listed on the booking. So the no rules is in fact false. If you wish to use the stove fridge shower with hot water please know that you will have to refill a propane tank. They charge a cleaning fee regardless. So if you book this rv per outdoorsy you're agreeing to the terms. Host has a strict extremely strict cancellation fee. So please make sure that you explore other options before picking this RV. You have a minimum $100 cleaning fee for use. essentially pack your house, chairs, plates, etc.regardless don't bank on getting your deposit back.You must go by pickup person rules even if not listed on outdoorsy. Pictures on the listing don't quite match what you are receiving. 10/10 don't recommend and have booked several other trips with outdoorsy and this is honestly one of the worst.

Due to an illness we were unable to go on this trip the last minute. The owner was incredibly understanding and worked with us to make things right. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. The RV itself was very impressive and had many features as was advertised in listing. Highly recommend.
