While the owners were very pleasant, they misled us with how sanitary and clean the trailer would be, and did not disclose issues the trailer was currently having, such as toilet leaking and broken refrigerator door. Trailer was not well maintained with semi working dvd player and dirty air venting and furnace. All of the kitchenware was dusty and contained mice droppings, so we had to bring all of our own. The air vent also did not work in the master bedroom. My husband tried to clean the air vents but there was no filter. Exposed wood finishing nails left our daughter with a major injury to her foot. One of biggest disappointments was the mouse infestation, which left us with many a sleepless night listening to them in the trailer and setting traps daily, while keeping our food and items locked away to prevent contamination from mice feces.
