About Somer & Kate Kvale
Le Réve has been born out of a love for the outdoors and the opportunity that owning/renting a van of our own provides us! Nothing makes us happier than the idea of sharing this van with others who have fallen hard for this kind adventuring. It is our desire to not only think of but include the small yet meaningful details in hopes of delivering a low stress and highly fulfilling experience in our van. We are looking forward to connecting with you!

Le Reve is great and well equipped. Kate made sure I felt comfortable before heading off solo. On the trip that will forever change my life. If you're thinking about trying it, just do it.

Kate and Somer are the ultimate hosts! We had never rented an RV before and really didn’t know what to expect. Kate and Sommer provided everything and we spent 5 days living “off grid” and wanted for nothing 10/10. The van is very easy to drive and set up. We had so much fun that we’re ready to build our own van and start living the #vanlife too!

Kate was awesome to work with. Great communication before, during, and after the trip. Le Rêve was clean and fully stocked with all the things we would need and more. Everything was explained and overall was very easy to use. The kitchen functioned perfectly and the bed made for a very comfortable sleep. It was chilly at night but the heater kept us toasty. Highly recommend!

Le Reve (and Kate and Somer) were amazing. The van is well thought through with lots of awesome details and comforts. Kate and Somer have also filled the van with awesome little add-ons - games, towels, dishes, and more! We didn't even wind up bringing everything we packed because Le Reve had so much already. Our hosts were also extremely personable and accommodating. This is our second vancation and I can tell you that if we ever do another one, we would rent Le Reve. 12/10

Trip- Duluth and north shore area.
Somer and Kate have put heart and soul into Le Reve and it shows. The van functioned as it should but it was more then that. They have stocked it with everything you could need for a delightful trip. The bed is super comfy, lighting and ventilation options are numerous. Communication was easy and quick responses were appreciated. Somer and Kate will be the first to look up when we rent again.

Renting Le Reve from Somer and Kate was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend and certainly do again. First off, Somer and Kate are super friendly, helpful, and informative. This was my first time renting and being in a campervan and after Somer went over everything with me, I felt prepared and didn't have any questions. That was not my experience when I rented an RV from a company.
Second, Le Reve is very cute and comfortable. Easy to drive, well- equipped, and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the shower has good pressure and hot water. My son and I took Le Reve to a swim meet in southern MN. It was so nice to be able to work and cook out of the van during the meet. My collegues didn't even realize I was in a van during Zoom meetings. We both loved it. Thank you Somer and Kate for sharing your campervan!

Would rate 10/5 stars if possible! Amazing hosts that put thought into every detailed. Drivability of this vehicle was like a minivan very easy and comfortable to drive. We had the BEST time so many memories made on the trip to Yellowstone we loved having everything with us in the van wherever we went—perfect for epic adventures at every turn!

Le Reve is a real life dream! Somer and Kate designed this van with such ease, care and a luxurious detailed touch. Everything was seamless. No complaints!
We spent 4 nights in central MN camping with my family as well as boondocked for one night at a lake area. We made wonderful memories and now I want one of my own, haha :) I’d highly recommend this dream van!!!
