About Neil Cowan
Hi! We're the Cowan Family and we LOVE our RV "Roman" We call our rig Roman because we love the character Roman in the movie The Great Outdoors. We wanted to rent our trailer so we could give other people the opportunity to enjoy camping in luxury like we do! We try and use Roman as much as we can. This trailer is perfect for boondock camping with it's amazing electrical system and it's also great for plug-in spots. Our tops spots are Donner Lake, Tahoe, Bodega Bay, Consumes River, Sly Park, Cassini Ranch, and a fun place called Yogi Bear. Come take Roman out, this rig has it all!

Neil is great to work with.
We were in between trailers and needed one on fairly short order.

Neil was great to communicate with and ultra elaborate with everything. A true professional and knows his stuff when it comes to RVing! Everything is there and available making it a seamless camping experience. Would absolutely rent again from Neil! Thank you for your flexibility and for a wonderful camping experience!

Very smooth pickup/drop-off with Neil with excellent communication. Trailer towed great and worked perfect for our weekend getaway! The double slide outs really open the floor plan and creates a larger feeling inside. Our family looks forward to using again on our next trip.

Neil was awesome! Up front and honest and he delivered and set the trailer up for us in record time. This was my first time renting and i’ll definitely do it again! My kids loved the back bunk beds too. We will be texting Neil first the next time we rent, it was a great experience for sure!

Be careful when renting a trailer.

Let me respond to this review with facts. We didn't charge Michael a cleaning fee OR a pet fee upfront. We charge like all owners a simple $500 deposit. Yes we did charge him after we saw the RV. Michael was super cool when talking to him and when he picked up our tariler. He said he'd been towing trailers for years and he prob has. Once he returned the trailer we noticed a nice sized hit/dent to the right rear of the trailer. Michael didn't mention one word about that. After looking inside we found dog hair ALL OVER the RV and a dog bone sitting on the floor. Plus the rig smelled like wet dog. Furthermore, there was damage to the trim of the refrigerator where either his dog chewed it or something ran into it. It took my wife and I hours out of our time to clean all the dog hair out of the RV where the hair was all stuck in the carpet, stateroom, bed, etc. Super frustrating. I texted Michael to ask about the damage THE NEXT DAY and he said "Oh my wife asked me if I did that" but he didn't feel it was important to tell me about it. The dog hair he said "ya I guess we should have brought a vacuum". I wish I could post pictures here to show everyone the condition of the trailer. If any renter that is considering renting our RV would like to see the photos I'll be happy to show you. It's ok to review, I just wish Micheal would be honest.
