Right from the beginning when I was thinking of renting an RV, Cami was very prompt and non hesitant in answering any questions I had about the trailer she owned or the process renting it through Outdoorsy. Arrangements were made to have the trailer taken to the camping site I had chosen by the owner, set up, so it was ready to live in, and taken down and hauled away. Again the times arranged for set up and take down they were there within minutes of the set times. Cami and her husband are very prompt, and friendly. Their trailer is well kept and as advertised. I would not hesitate in renting from them again. They made our trip go very smoothly.
