had an amazing trip with my family although we had a lot of problems with the rv. before we even left the house we had generator issues, wouldn’t stay running, fridge and freezer were never turned on and took 10 hours to cool, wasted half our food. hit a lot of rain and quickly noticed the wipers don’t work, one wouldn’t even move and the other the blade was so shot it was useless, pretty scary when you’re driving at night on a one lane road in the rain with 4 children, finally got to our destination and grey or black water leaked on to all of our clothes in the outdoor storage compartments, smelled horrible. the owner had tons of issues to mentioned at pick up that were never listed before we picked it up, one being the huge blown up bulge in the bedroom from one of the tanks, which is what we believed caused the leak. the leak had to be happening underneath the rv because the whole thing smelled disgusting. passenger mirror almost fell off while on our way to our destination, generator stopped working mixed with the smell made a horrible last 8 hours home. dinette cushions don’t stick anymore so they’re falling all over the place. none of the tank gages work correctly, no shelves in the freezer, found a broken one in the oven. for the price we paid more than half of these should’ve been checked or fixed. i’m not sure if he’s really unaware because he doesn’t personally use it or if he knows about all these issues and pockets the money. we accidentally hit the back bumper on a high driveway and he said we were even with all these issues we had but continued to charge over $900 for the damage. for the price that was paid everything should been checked throughly and fixed before it was picked up.

Amazing experience from start to finish, Kenneth was very friendly down to earth and communicative, the RV was perfect, beautiful and way nicer than the pictures even show, truly a luxurious spacious experience!
I’m hooked on this Rv and will be renting again in the future!!!!
