Kristen and Jason were easy to communicate with leading up to pick up and somewhat during our rental although I get they were on vacation too at the same time. We did have a few surprises on our trip but we were able to sort them out with some of their help and the rest on our own. Be sure to bring bedding and pillows. We missed that. Maybe it's on the listing. Overall good albeit pricey experience.

Jason and Kristen were awesome hosts! We had everything we needed for the week, they were helpful and communicative leading up to the trip and after we returned. 10/10 would recommend this rental to others!

Jason and Kristen and their RV were SPECTACULAR! They were extremely responsive, very thorough on explaining the specifics of their RV, extremely organized, and gave you a binder of the pictures and explanations on how everything worked so the send off could not have been better. Their RV has very few miles and functioned like a new one! We drove it up to Oregon (Valley of the Rogue River Campground) and the RV did great on the hills and was really easy to learn and use, even for new-timers. The appliances all worked perfectly, and they have their RV stocked with everything we needed. We had such a great experience, we're now looking for our own RV. In the meantime, we hope to rent from them again!
