We spent a wonderful time camping in Canada, thanks to Trudie! It is a real cozy camper with all you need, cooking was no problem and the bed is quite comfortable.
Everything was clean, well maintained and even spacious. We were often asked about her by other interested campers. Communication was also quick and very friendly. We'd love to come back again.

We had an amazing time. It was all I expected and more. The van is a lot more spacious than I had expected and we were very comfortable. I already miss it. It was a very pleasurable vacation. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend. I loved that the van was completely off grid. We traveled the entire Vancouver Island and the convenience of always having your “home” with you is amazing. We would stop whenever we were hungry and just make a meal anytime. We never forgot anything at the “hotel”.

We had such an amazing time with Trudies in Vancouver Island - everything we need is in the van, and in my opinion, the experience is even better than staying in the hotel. Angie and Toni did such an amazing job building and renovating the van that my boyfriend and I felt sad to leave her at the end of the trip. And Angie is also an amazing host - great communication, fast response, detailed explanation and tour before we head off. A best way to explore the nature!!

Angie and Toni we're great hosts...their information was accurate and response lightning fast. Coming from out east they really put my mind at ease and even helped me out getting the van early...the experience was excellent and cosy. Toni recently added the capability to plug in the van so its super convenient to have both solar and plug. Thanks Trudie for a great time in Tofino! Nice to meet you Toni and Angie!

Toni was pleasant to deal with and most responsive to all our questions and calls during the trip. However, we would have very much appreciated WRITTEN (not just oral) instructions as to how to use the various systems (water, electrical, toilet). Some things to know:
1. You have a total of 11 mins of hot water before you have to dump grey water and refill. This makes showers hardly feasible.
2. You cannot keep the grey and white water pipes hooked up full-time at a campsite. You need to do every dump/ fill as a separate operation and attach each time.
3. The cassette toilet components need to be carried to be dumped and filled. When full, the top part is extremely heavy. It took both of us to carry it.
4. This vehicle is best used at a campground.

I thoroughly enjoyed the independence and safety that the campervan provided. As an independent, female traveler, the sense of safety that the campervan provides (vs tent, motel, hotel) is most welcomed. I was able to travel solo, make my meals onboard with basically a full kitchen (albeit abbreviated), use the washroom on demand, shower, and sight see, all in the comfort of the campervan was precisely what I was seeking. I will definitely rent again!

My son and I had the best time in this van on our West Coast adventures! It was exactly as stated, was so easy to drive and we loved all of the aspects of the van. Toni was very kind and communicable- got back to me very quickly with any questions or concerns. My son asked if we can rent this one every vacation! We especially loved the bed-turned-table (comfy!) And I loved having the propane cook stove at my fingertips. Sleeping at campgrounds, or next to the ocean....stopping anywhere along the way to nap, etc. So, so amazing.

The van was an absolute pleasure to rent for our week travelling to Banff and Jasper. It was so clean, very well finished and maintained, it felt like it was brand new. Angi and Toni were a pleasure to deal with, always responding very quickly to our messages.
We too did have an issue with the hot water in the shower not working but due to the showers being closed in campsites with COVID, we were happy to have a shower in our van whether it was cold or hot. We found the van spacious and extremely comfortable and were glad to have a table to sit around on the wet and cold evenings.
We did, unfortunately, have a minor incident while reversing the van during our trip but Toni has been very understanding and patient as we navigate through this issue with insurance etc. However, outdoorsy has been quite difficult to deal with due to the struggle to get any correspondence or communication from them. This is something to really consider prior to renting a vehicle.
Overall, Angi and Toni are lovely people to deal with and a great van! Highly recommend it!
