About chris west
Our family just purchased the motorhome in 2022. Heather and I have a son, Oliver that is 4, and a 3 month old son, Asher, along with our 2 dogs Kobe and Freddie. Chris has a boat tour company in Mackinaw City and Heather is a nurse at the hospital in Petoskey. We purchased the motorhome so after the summer season we could take a family trip every year. Since we are so busy in the summer we wanted to share the motorhome with visitors to the area so they can enjoy Northern Michigan and the wonderful camping opportunities all around us.

I cannot say enough about Chris. (Host). He went above and beyond to make sure our trip was not ruined as previous renter had caused some damage to the camper, which could’ve easily put us out of not having an RV one day prior to our trip. Communication was excellent.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting the motorhome. Chris, the owner, was very prompt in replying to our messages before and during the trip. This included a late night phone call the first night we set up camp. He was more than happy to assist in answering our questions. He was accommodating of our arrival and departure schedule. We drove the motorhome ourselves. Upon arrival to pickup the motorhome, he gave us a thorough walk-through and patiently answered all questions. He also included a binder with links to helpful setup and how-to operating videos. He let us fill the water tank before departing as well. The motorhome itself was clean and in great shape. We are a family of 8 and everyone was comfortable and had a little space to themselves. Chris really thought of everything and provided all the cleaning supplies, amenities and even toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc) you could think of. We wanted for nothing during the trip and had a great time! Highly recommend.
