Joline was very responsive regarding communication and extremely helpful answering the questions that I had. Eric was also great communicating and setting up the RV for us. The camper was very clean and and fully functional. We had zero issues on our trip. A great overall experience and I highly recommend renting this RV.

We had an awesome experience as our first time as RV renters! Eric and Joline were extremely helpful with set up and very timely with response to questions. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen supplies were more than adequate for Thanksgiving prep.

We changed from tent camping to wanting to rent an RV last minute because of impending weather. Joline and Eric were so accommodating! They helped us through the process since it was our first time using Outdoorsy and by that afternoon had a fully equipped, clean, and very comfortable RV set up and we were able to ride out the storm safely. The RV was roomy enough for our family group of 6 and we had a great time!

My husband and I were searching for the best way to see our family for Father's day weekend without having to haul a set up. Joline and Eric were so accommodating and helpful. They were able to meet us set up everything with the unit at my families property. Eric was awesome went thru all instructions and we arranged pick up time after the weekend. Thank yall so much would recommend to any friends and family looking for a weekend away or even hauling for a week ;) see yall again next time!

Our trip was amazing Eric and Joline, we’re great they went above and beyond we had them haul it to the park and Setup for us. They were exceptional and kept in contact with any questions we had and we would gladly recommend them to anyone else.
