About Erica Arszman
I'm Erica and my husband's name is Jeff. I grew up camping occasionally with my parents mainly in a pop-up camper. We inherited my dad's '76 Airstream, and so Jeff and I have been using that to introduce the wonderful world of RV-ing to our children. Now we have a small class C on Outdoorsy to help you do the same with your family!

Had a comfortable drive to our vacation destination using the rv for more room, then a car or suv. Great decision on my part if I do say so myself...lol. the hosts were great, quick process and was willing to show me the rv and everything even if we didn't use most of it.

It was our first time renting an RV/using Outdoorsy, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Communication and accommodation was top notch, easy pick up and return, the RV was super clean and stocked with the perfect amount of linens for a comfortable experience. Very family friendly…we had such a fun trip!

The host went out of their way to make sure the RV was clean and well supplied. Clean towels and linens were provided, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Jeff was very thorough in explaining every feature of the vehicle. I felt a lot more comfortable driving this RV than pulling a travel trailer.

It is overall good, everything is clean and there's a lot of supplies. The complaint I have is the stinky smells in hot water. The owner does offer to visit the campground and flash the hot water system. I saved him the 120 mile trip since I am only having a two days rental in summer. I just showered with cold water
