I would suggest that the host provide actual set-up including chocking wheels and leveler/stabilizers. Also these things would make it easier to leave the unit clean : bath mat, broom and dust pan, dish soap. We had to borrow all of that. I would suggest cleaning the mouse poop out of the pots, pans and bowls found in the lower cabinets. The porch was unusable because the screen zipper was broken and we did not want mosquitoes etc in the main part of the RV. And how exactly do adults get up (and down) in the bunk ? We didn’t even attempt. There were 4 of us and one slept on the floor I’m quite sure we left it in better condition than we found it. And this is a bookkeeping thing, but When I reserved it I did select the extra charge for dumping tanks (how would I have done that ??? So of course I selected it). But for whatever reason I hadn’t been charged so was taken from my security deposit. I did take a few pictures of things that needed fixing so we wouldn’t be blamed. We did not get a pre trip nor a post trip walk through to note them. We are regular outdoorsy happy renters and was surprised by this particular experience. In spite of these things I would recommend this RV again if some if the things were fixed.

Ryan was awesome! He was super flexible and accommodating for pick up and drop off, communicative and the trailer was exactly as advertised. We had a blast!
