When we picked up the trailer and had been oriented with all of the systems and features, we towed it to our location to finish loading more items for the trip. We, then, discovered that the keys for the unit did not lock it. We couldn't call the owner because of your policy re: having direct communication. We, therefore had to drive back to his house (10 miles) to inform him about the keys. He did not have a key that opened the door, so we agreed that I would try to find a locksmith the next day at our destination. On our journey, we needed to stop at a store and he reached me by phone saying that he had found the key at his in-laws house and proceeded to deliver it to us at our shopping location, which we were grateful for. We proceeded to our destination and as I was disengaging the unit from my truck, I became aware that the Master lock that was attached to the trailer tongue did not have a key to unlock it and I was unable to detach from the truck. I texted him and he hurried out to our destination and delivered that key. As we prepared for the evening we discovered there were no towels, dish cloths and dish towels, all listed on the website, so we proceeded to the local Fred

The camper worked out great. Easy to tow and plenty of supplies to use inside in case you forgot anything. The hosts were great and easy to work with. Thanks for letting us use the camper.

Chad and Serena were super nice. The trailer was not clean outside or in. The toilet and bathroom sink were clean, but that was all. It felt like we were the first ones to rent it this year as all surfaces were dirty, wet wipe was black when I ran it over surfaces and sink had stains in it. The hot water valves were not opened so my husband had to get on his hand and knees to locate them in a closet and turn them on. The trailer smelled musty and old, which it was. All the drapes and shades were closed so itbwas dark and jard to see much before we left with the trailer. The pros were that it has a great layout and towed really well behind our half ton truck. Chad was responsive to my messages notifying him of issues.

Excellent trailer for our camping weekend! Great size to tow with my Ford Explorer. Chad and Serena were super communicative and helpful at pick up and drop off. Would recommend renting from them!

Chad was super helpful he brought the trailer out and set it up. Was very easy to drop off. All went well.
