About Sara's RV rentals
Her name is The Unicorn. We call her that because we excessively searched for the perfect beginner's trailer. We wanted something basic in order to limit future problems. We needed the additional beds yet still wanted to keep it compact in order to optimize camping option. In many of our National Parks, trailers over 20 feet have to pass on the smaller campsites due to space limitations.

I work as a remote Medic and this RV was such a welcome respite from 14-19 hour shifts. Air conditioning, making coffee, toilet, hot shower in the morning, The mattress was one of the best I’ve ever slept on in a RV. All around this rental was perfect.

My family of 4 rented this camper from Sara, and it was really nice. This was our first experience ever camping with a camper, and we found it comfortable, clean, and it was fully supplied. Sara was also nice enough to let us borrow her tow hitch, as we had an incorrect size one.
However, a couple of issues came up at the end of our rental. First, we were told that we had a return time of 11:00 am because someone else was renting it right after us. However, when we looked in the camper book, it clearly stated a return time of 2:00 pm. Having to return the camper 3 hours earlier, was not ideal. We also did not know the exact return time, until we saw it listed in the book. It was not listed anywhere on the listing when we booked this camper.
Secondly, they claimed that there was “solid waste left in the tank” and that they could visibly see the tank was partially full. We were shocked that these claims were made against us, as we fully emptied out the waste tank and rinsed it out until clear water was running from the tank, the morning of our return date and according to their written instructions! Because of these claims, we were charged an additional $100!
For any future renters, I strongly suggest asking Sara to inspect the waste tank at the time of drop off and not to make these claims days later, so that renters have a chance to correct the problem before they get charged $100 from their security deposit. As I mentioned before, this was our first time ever using a camper so there is a chance we made a mistake. However, I do not know what we should have or could have done better to clean the tank, as we followed their written instructions step by step. At this point, we wish we would not have dealt with it at all and waste time, when in the end we still got charged the full cleaning fee.
The camper was nice, but I strongly recommend it for experienced camper users only!

Rented the Bunkhouse from Sara for a family reunion. Very nice trailer for a small party, very clean. Sara was more than gracious and we would highly recommend you rent from her if you want to get away!
