RV has everything you need. Delivery was as promised. Issue with hot water was disclosed and I was given option to cancel, but hot water was not a dealbreaker. Quick responses messages through Outdoorsy.

RV was fantastic, was clean, well-appointed, and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The hosts accommodated a last minute booking for us (due to another RV's unexpected mechanical issues) and we were able to keep our vacation plans intact as a result. Their communication was excellent, and although we did run into a technical snag on our first night, the hosts went well out of their way to resolve it for us to ensure nothing got in the way of our family's first RV experience. I would 10/10 recommend going with them in the future and any prospective renters should have no hesitation at all.

Kim & Rich’s RV was absolutely perfect for our families adventure to the smokies! The RV was well quipped, clean, very spacious, comfortable, drove well, and was easy to navigate! Rich & Kim we’re wonderful hosts, super quick to respond with any questions we had, and super accommodating. We truly enjoyed our RV rental and can’t wait to rent again in the future for our next adventure! Thank you so much Kim & Rich!!

Very happy to work with Rich and Kim. We had the RV delivered and it was set up and ready to go when we arrived. Loved the flat iron grille. Everything as advertised, would definitely rent with them again.

What a ride!!! Seriously, had the best time in this beautiful RV. Could not have had a better experience with Rich and Kim. They talked us through every detail of the rig and we left for our adventures feeling very prepared. When we were unsure about anything during our travels, we just reached out to them and they responded immediately. I wish there were more than 5 stars and I would absolutely rent from them again.

This was the most incredible trip! The RV owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our trip, they were quick to respond when we had questions, and they were unbelievably hospitable. We are so grateful for their kindness and thankful for the use of their RV on this trip. The kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, pots, pans, utensils, etc. There was plenty of TP and paper towels for our trip. The beds were very comfortable! There was way more storage than we realized which was a huge plus.
We will absolutely use this RV again in the future!
