About Lane Tamara
We met playing pickleball during the end of 2021. On a whim we decided to buy this RV from the person that did all of the wonderful conversion on the original cargo Sprinter van to the RV that is today. We have taken our "Vino Van" several places in Southern California. Santa Barbara and its wine country, Orange County, Temecula and of course to the beaches here in San Diego. We hope that you will rent, and love, our RV as much as we do.

Lane was really accommodating, super communicative and very helpful. the van was great and came equipped with everything needed! the bed was super comfy! will absolutely book again and made for an amazing surprise for my boyfriends 40th! thank you lane!

We had a great time in the Vino Van. Camped at Joshua Tree for a few nights and it had everything we needed. Lane was awesome at explaining everything we needed to know before we left so “setting up” once we parked at our site was a breeze.

We spent a week in the Vino Van touring the SoCal desert and had a great time. The van is well appointed with everything you need and was clean and comfortable. Even though there’s a heater we didn’t use it and just bundled up, and still stayed pretty warm for January nights in the desert (thanks for the extra blanket, we definitely appreciated having it while sleeping). Lane was easy to communicate with and was flexible with pickup and return times, which we also really appreciated. Would recommend, and would rent again!

My experience with Lane was fine. He was very responsive and helpful with pickup.
However I wish I would have known that the solar panels did not work. I picked this van due to having a shower. I never had hot water and very limited electricity. The van has no grey water catch bin as well. So the water I used in the sink would just leak in to the ground which is not always ok to do.
It’s definitely a van to use for plug in camping.

The van itself was great to use but my experience communicating with the owner was not. It was my first time using this service and their responses were not helpful and even cold. According to Outdoorsys policy, time for pick up and return are up to us to coordinate with each other, they clearly state on the policy page that there's no standard time. I wanted to see what works best for them, but their responses to me were rude and not friendly.
This was not the initial van I wanted, the first van I wanted had an owner that was very open to conversations and informed me what can work and what cannot. I am quite flexible and would have appreciated an open dialogue with these owners.

Super cute van! It was so convenient to have everything in one spot. Very clean, host was super nice and informative…and we loved the wine! We will definitely be back.

Van worked out for what I needed it and only had a small issue with not having the needed electrical supply cord in order to operate the AC.

Drove the van up and down the California Coast for an anniversary trip. The van functioned wonderfully and the bed was cozy. Lane was helpful through the entire process. Highly recommend

This was my first experience with a camper, and Lane was very helpful in showing me the ins and outs of using this van’s features. The van is equipped with all the basics (linens, cooking utensils, plates and silverware, even snacks and sunscreen!) My experience with this van was nothing but positive.
