Communication was great with the owners & there were a few mishaps if I’m honest. The fridge should’ve been running when they delivering it which it was not we have a starter the generator n it took two days to get cool we had to throw out some food out. Trailer was stocked but missing silverware. We only had one fork, no steak knifes or tongs to grill. It was very humid -very hot and they stated we have 10 hours of generator time which we really didn’t and actually right now in less than eight hours, if you’re going for a trip longer than two days, you might want to upgrade to a generator inside & access to run it longer and be comfortable. There were very few windows to get fresh air due to layout. Only used chairs. However, bring a extra big rug be-cuz all the dirt goes inside. We had to leave a day early due to emergency and they were great. Otherwise it is a good trailer to go for a day or two.

The RV was very well taken care of,very clean, and Joe and Shania were great to work with. The price was a little step for not having pans, or furnishings( pillows, rugs,ect), but I am sure over time it will become more homey.
