The trip was wonderful. Never use a RV before but will again.
I told Kendra we would be up in Peninsula State Park. A 5-hour trip and will be bring the RV back late on Wednesday. She must have forgot. When we pick the RV up, the outside was very dirty and then I found out on the road the wiper blades did not work to well. Need new ones. She went over the computer and waste system. I said I will dump the waste. She said if not the charge will be $30.00. Need to learn how so i wanted too. Plus, we had friends that own their own RV, so I could always ask them for help. The Propane tank was low. I told her I will fill it up and She said she will reimburse me. Coat $31.00 to fill it. We had issue with the RV Radio system. At times only 1 inside speaker would work and never the 2 out sider speakers. We were off grid. So could not call or text. So i read the manual and it said to check the A B C Zones. and the C zones makes the outside speakers come on. NO it didn't work. Plus, all the 3 zones still only 1 inside speaker would work. a Few times the other inside would come on and go off. Time to leave and dump the gray and black waste tanks. We followed are friends to dump the tanks. But turning the switch on for either the Gray or Black tank did not work. Our RV friend's came buy and NO Luck. So i read the manual on how to DUMP the Gray and Black tanks, The manual only said to connect the Black hose to the drain at the dump station. Then to turn on the switch for the Black tank after opening up the valve. Would not turn on and the same for the gray tank. So could not dump either. Once we got back, I sent a message to Kendra. She didn't have an asker about the RV radio but said the Water Pump on the inside Computer needs to be turn on for the pump switch on the gray and black tank to work. She never told us that nor, in the manual does it say to turn on the water pump from the computer. We did turn on the water pump and had clean water to drain, cook and shower.
If she would have written it in the manual, all would have been wonderful. So, she charged me the $30.00 to drain the tanks.

We had a great trip! Kendra’s Winnebago camper van was very clean and well equipped. She was available when we had a question, even on the road, and got back to us right away! I look forward to renting Kendra’s RV again for another great get-away!

Our family rented Kendra’s Winnebago ERA for a trip.
My son, the three grandchildren and I had plenty of room as we traveled. Compared to a class C unit which we had rented before, it was easier to drive the class B unit. The delivery and pick up process was perfect.
