Tyler is a fantastic host. He provided thoughtful short videos that we could access whenever we wanted to review how something worked. Tyler answered texts quickly. The sprinter van was clean and in great shape. The AC worked beautifully and the pad he provided for the bed made it very comfortable for sleeping. I would definitely recommend renting this luxury van.

From the beginning Tyler reassured me to contact him anytime with questions or concerns. When I reached out he was patient with my questions and quick to respond.
The van handled easily and wasn’t too large to maneuver even in downtown St Pete and Anna Maria. The systems were easy to use and understand, especially after watching the tutorial videos.
The entire experience was smooth, enjoyable and exactly what I needed to make my vacation better than I could have imagined.

A great rental. Tyler was always very prompt in communication, and very helpful when we had questions. The van is very well equipped, with great battery storage for times away from shore power. He provided lots.of easy to watch, clear and informative videos to make handover quick and van operation clear and easy to remember.

Host Tyler is very friendly and supportive from registering with Outdoorcy and during the trip. He took time to explain everything about the RV when picking up the RV, and suggested POIs and camper sites around Tampa during the trip. The RV is in very good condition like new, interior is clean; heating was very efficient for the unseasonably cold December of Tampa this year. We enjoyed our trip and will recommend the host Tyler.

Tyler & Natalie are awesome hosts and really know their stuff when it comes to Sprinter vans. The vehicle(s) - they have several! - are all in top-notch condition and come fully stocked for an awesome getaway. We rented their 4x4 Sprinter to "try-before-buy" - and loved the whole experience from insightful vehicle orientation and easy drop off. Thank you for an awesome renting experience! Will come back to try the other Sprinter :)

Great Trip to Smokey Mountains and Hilton Head. Very nice RV. Travis was very responsive during the trip with any questions. Watch and save the videos, they are good to refer to while on the trip.

Great experience!! Would give 6 stars if possible. This was our 6th Sprinter van rental (Moterra and GoCamp) as we are waiting to our Sprinter build out to be completed. This was by far our best experience.
Communication with Tyler is superb. He added ebikes at the last minutes which were fun.
The RV is not what we are building, but very nice. The 800 amp battery was never below 70% full. We never plugged in.
Tyler is in the process of adding more wonderful upgrades, so the van will be getting even better.
