Overall a good experience. Drop off was fantastic, so great to have it in place when we arrived at our destination. Joe forgot to leave us the keys to lock it. Despite repeated asks, keys were never provided which made me uncomfortable. Communication with Joe was intermittently great or poor/unresponsive.

This was an amazing rental. It was the first time we had rented from Outdoorsy, and this travel trailer was absolutely perfect. We had scheduled for it to be delivered, and we arrived a bit earlier to find the camper already set up and ready to go. The unit was pristine and essentially brand new. (It felt like it had arrived off the showroom floor. )
The owner took time to show us every detail about the trailer, which was well stocked and offered every amenity we could have asked for and then some.
Would definitely rent this again.

Joe was great to work with on this rental and would recommend him highly. Great coordination for pickup and drop off. Went over the camper quickly and efficiently with us. Camper in great shape and was perfect for our family of four to sleep and keep a living area setup as well.

The brand new trailer was amazing and Joe left absolutely nothing to be desired. He was absolutely amazing in helping us out when needed and even checked in with us after a big storm rolled thorough. A total class act and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his RV to anyone!

Joe was a great host. We were the first to use his brand new camper. He had everything set-up on our site when we arrived allowing us to get right into vacation mode. I would highly recommend renting an RV from Joe. Looking forward to our next trip.
