Elmer was a absolute joy to work with. He was prompt, considerate and kind in all our correspondence and dealings. I really appreciated his openness to receive feedback about possible RV improvements, and it was clear that he wanted his renters to have a good time with their experience and that he really cared. I feel blessed and grateful, because not only did we get the opportunity to have an RV adventure, but we also made a new friend. Thank you Elmer!
