The person we rented RV from Sean in Clovis Ca rented us a RV that didn't have hot water when we picked up also it was not clean. No radio or backup camera, didn't tell us till pick up day, didn't go over how things worked to a new RV renter, charged us bogus charges on return, would not rent from him again.

Respectfully, as you know, everything in this review is untrue. The RV was absolutely clean when you picked it up. We always deep clean for each guest. The water heater went down right before your trip. There was no time to fix it. You came the day before to check out the RV and go over orientation and I explained the issues to you. I offered (even recommended) to cancel with full refund. You spoke with your wife and decided to rent anyway with full knowledge of the issues. I even gave you an extra day for free so you could take the RV early. I did go over all the functions of the RV with you. You contacted me during the trip with a couple questions and I promptly answered your questions. Upon return, you told me that you broke the storage key in the lock. Instead of allowing me to get the broken key out, you drilled out the lock and didn't replace the lock or the key. You told me the RV was "pretty clean", but in fact it was filthy. You said the gas tank was full but in fact it 10 gallons short. The charges were for repairing the damage, for the missing gas and miles driven beyond included miles. Your review is bogus. Take care.
