Our family had a great experience camping for the first time, thanks for this RV that has everything we need ... and more! Owners are very professional , always available for us with little RV experience. RV is practical for our 3 and 4 yr olds, yet chic and modern. It has plenty of room, cooking essentials you can think of (that we forgot to bring), outdoor and indoor entertainment. RV and its contents are very clean, and as a healthcare professional, we can tell that the owners took time in disinfecting the area. We would rent from them again!

Unfortunately this renter clogged our toilet beyond belief. She admitted that they used tons of toilet paper and weren’t aware they had to be careful and flush with water in the toilet. They clearly have never owned something as expensive and also sensitive as a RV. They left their entire campsite a total mess, didn’t clean the RV inside and we had to spend countless hours picking up after them. An hour late to the site, an hour and a half late for checkout. A total nightmare of renters. Their deposit didn’t even cover half the damage they caused to our BRAND NEW RV. We give very detailed instructions on how to properly use the RV and all that it has to offer, but clearly as simple as they were, Maricela and her guests could not comprehend. This was a total disrespectful stay from beginning to end. We definitely will do a better due diligence to ensure we rent to people with respect, someone who will take care of our RV as if it were their own. Renters like this are the reason people are skeptical in renting their expensive RV’s.

The RV was amazing. It’s brand new with utensils, bedding, bowls, plates, etc, all included. They set everything up and it was ready to go without any fuss or hassle. She was quick to respond when we had questions, and everything was resolved and went so smoothly. We highly recommend renting from Maggie.

Our experience with Maggies's RV was great. We all had a great time with our 1st ever glamping experience. We had a little issue on our first night but Russel was always there to help assist us 24/7. He made us feel welcome in their RV. Thank you for letting us use your outdoor toys too. All the kids and even the big ones loves to play with them. The reason why i gave a 4 star is because we found some stains on the sheets and blankets of the mattress, and we felt it wasn't clean enough. But overall great RV to rent. We are looking forward to working with them in the future. And I highly recommend them to my friends.

Hi Maritess, thank you so much for your review! Our RV is brand new, we just purchased it a month ago and we actually just bought brand new linens, and mattress toppers to ensure you’d have a comfortable sleep. We are a superhost in all of our short term rentals and for a reason. All linens and mattresses are brand new so it’s impossible for any stains unfortunately because they had no use prior to your stay. Also, we are very saddened to receive an incorrect review especially since you did break some of our brand new toys and a magnet item in our kitchen. We spent thousands of dollars really providing a full experience and overall comfort in our RV. Best of luck to you though.
