The Camper is great, it has everything you need and gives you a fantastic experience. We would rent it anytime again. Karen is very friendly and helpful. Make sure you connect with her via phone to get the best communication. Highly recommend

The van was great - exactly as the pictures show. My husband and I rented it for a long weekend to see how we liked van camping (WAY better than tent camping). The Van was well stocked, the bed comfortable and it was super easy to drive.
Karen was responsive and very flexible when it came time for pick up and drop off. There was an issue with the Outdoorsy app when we were booking so the response time was longer than anticipated (not sure if it was technology or Karen's availability) but it all worked out in the end. We got a thorough tutorial on how to use the features in the van and had no issues.
I would definitely rent it again if we had the need.

Super fun trip with this van! Karen was really nice and flexible with our schedule. The van is equipped with most everything you need. The heater didn’t work while we were renting it which made it cold at night and mornings but the provided blankets kept us warm.

Overall the van was great for my 17 day tour of the south west. It's very easy to drive and park. My gas milages averaged around 13.5 to 14 mpg, which is pretty good considering the van is AWD and a dually. I spoke with other van owners during my travels who said they got about the same fuel economy and had smaller, RWD rigs. The mattress was very comfortable and there was ample storage for everything I brought with me.

The host was pleasant and nice. The van was nicely equipped with kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed cooking outdoors at the campsite but used the kitchen for clean up and eating. The bed was very comfortable. We were happy the van stayed cool with ceiling fans during the day. What a great experience!!!!
