About Ken Mammoser
We traveled fulltime in our RV for 3 years with our 2 kids. We have settled into life outside of Knoxville, TN. We would love for other couples/families to experience the memories and fun that Belle home provided us. We will work hard to make sure that your experience in our fifth wheel is the best it can be.

Pros: Ken is a very responsive and kind host. Any questions we had, he answered very quickly. He arrived at the campground 15 minutes before our scheduled time to meet up and had the RV almost set up when we got there. Towards the end of the trip our group was wanting to extend the trip by one more day and Ken was willing to let us keep it the extra day. When we couldn't stay because of availability issues with the campground, Ken offered to let us stay in his RV one more night in the campground he would be moving it to for his family to enjoy over the weekend. Both AC's worked very well, which was important to us as we stayed during the month of August. We didn't have enough fitted sheets that would fit the beds in the RV, and Ken provided what we needed when we asked about it.
Ken’s answer
We are truly sorry that Bevin was unhappy with the rental of Belle Home and would like to address several of the items mentioned in her review. While we did remove the sliding door over the washer cabinet, there are no other cabinets missing, no holes in the walls, and no torn up couches in the RV. The leather couch has lost a little bit of the original decorative lace it came with, but is otherwise fully functional and is not anything close to being "torn up" as she described. The "holes in the walls" she described are not holes at all, but just small spots of slightly discolored paint where the original paint peeled and we touched up the paint with a slightly different shade. She is the first to even notice this small imperfection. The trash can pull she mentioned is completely functional and works exactly as designed. It may feel like it is off the hinges, but that is just the way it is designed.

Ken was absolutely awesome to rent from! He was super accommodating and made the whole experience fantastic. For the first fifth-wheel RV experience, Ken gave so much insight and was able to answer all our questions. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us recommendations on sights to see and restaurants to check out in the area. It was truly a pleasure and we would never hesitate to rent from Ken again.

We really enjoyed renting this RV, as it is extremely spacious and very functional! The RV itself is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable! We were able to relax, stretch-out, and enjoy our time at the horse show. The beds were very comfortable, best sleeping we've experienced in an RV rental. It was a fairly warm weekend and the AC units kept us very cool and cozy! No surprises, everything works as advertised. Would definitely rent this RV again.

This was a wonderful RV to stay in for first timers. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for the three of us. The owners were extremely kind and hospitable offering to supply anything we needed. It was a great camper and we felt right at home.
