The trip was fine. The owner is making a claim that the awning is damaged and will not send pictures. There is no visible damage. I DID NOT HIT ANYTHING. use CAUTION when dealing with nthese people. Be sure to climb up on top of the unit and take pictures of every scratch. If you don't they will
