The operator messaged me I could pick up at 3:00PM after charging over $400 in delivery, was then late and the unit was clean to the look while drawers and cabinets were filthy inside. We had to clean the unit ourselves, he filled the water instead of connecting it to city, didn’t show us how to drain grey or black tanks and kept stating the app was wrong, not him, and never replied to a single comment or concern even after asking us to pick up our delivery only trailer.

Thomas's RV was clean and in great shape. We actually rented it twice this summer - once with 3 adults, 1 child and the second time with 4 adults and 2 children. Lots of space and comfort each time.
Heating, AC, oven, microwave all worked great. Comes with a couple of lounge chairs and an outdoor mat. Bring your own dishes and anything you need for cooking as there are only a few mugs and utensils provided. The outside fridge is a nice bonus - we used it as an overflow from the indoor one.
Thomas was friendly and approachable. We had an issue with the water during the first rental and Thomas resolved it in a way that made us want to book his RV again.
It's obvious that we'd book this RV again as we already did!

We had a wonderful week in this trailer. It was perfect for our getaway. Tomas was very helpful with delivering it to our site and getting us set up.
