Communication was great. Any lag in communication was entirely on my part as I didn’t have the app downloaded (my fault completely). They were there to set up and deliver right on the dot of when they said they would. There was a slight issue we had but they jumped in and helped immediately and it was resolved. Very friendly. I do wish there were a few more blankets or were aware to bring some but that may have been an oversight on my part. But getting blankets is no biggie. Definitely would recommend this rig for your stay.

WOW! What a great experience from start to finish. The trailer was outfitted perfectly and has everything you need for your trip! Shenara was easy to get in touch with and was available throughout our entire excursion. We can't wait to work with Shenara and her family again!
