If 0 stars were possible, I would be giving that right now. My experience with Jose was unprofessional. He was rude, and he accosted me and my girlfriend. Disregarding the fact that he rented us a trailer with a broken propane line which was extremely dangerous, and left us with no refrigerator or heat (in 45 degree weather), we had to take time out of our trip to go to the store to fix it on our own money - this wasn't even the worst part of the rental. Upon drop off, Jose decided to do his walk through alone while we were distracted by Keith's conversation. Mere moments later, Jose calls us over to accuse us of 'breaking the door to the fridge completely out of the wall'. Flabbergasted, we assured him it was in perfect working condition all weekend but it was clear that Jose did not want to hear anything from us. He verbally attacked us and threatened us with police action and told us to leave his property. We were disgusted with the lack of professionalism and it is very clear we were involved in a scam operation by Jose and Keith. To anyone debating on renting from this duo, please run away as fast as you can and never look back. Do not make the mistake we did by trusting them! $200 later that we cannot get back from outdoorsy, even with proof we did not inflict any damage to the vehicle..not to mention the emotional damage incurred by Jose's attack on us. An awful experience all around and we will never be coming back to this site again.

These 2 are by far the worst renter one could encounter. Lies from the start. Owners beware.
I pointed out damage and got the absolute strangest answer and blame when I was nearly checking in the vehicle. These 2 were extremely aggressive and refused to sign the check in paper work, proceeded to them try and force their way in to our office. They would not leave our property and that’s when I told them I would call the police (who wouldn’t) the invention of these events is all due to the renter being at fault and refusing responsibility. All owners face this when pointing out damage to renters that are not good renters period.

This RV was perfect for our first time camping with a travel trailer. It had everything we needed and Jose was great and very helpful on everything we needed to know for our first time. Would definitely recommend.
