Kent was a very nice guy and I was hoping we could have given a better review but unfortunately this camper was not at all what we were hoping for. We took this out in Colorado in late September/early October and mainly rented it for the heater since we were expecting nights to be chilly, which they were. Kent told us there was a heater...however, it did not work. I understand mechanical problems can happen without the owner's knowledge but I feel this is an important feature that he should have ensured was working properly. Also, none of the interior lights work. My husband replaced every fuse but that didn't solve the problem. We messaged Kent and he didn't respond until late the next day and just said, "not sure." Well, we were about 5 hours away and had planned our entire trip so we just dealt with it. Luckily we are avid and frequent campers so we were prepared with our low temp sleeping blags and lanterns but when we spent over $100/night (after fees) we were definitely expecting more than what we received. Also, the bed is very, very hard. Kent told us the door is "finicky," and I guess we should have checked it thoroughly before leaving but unfortunately we just trusted it was in good shape. The door and the seem that holds it in place is duct-taped and after putting it up and down three times (as we moved locations) the tape was not holding so the door would not stay closed (we had to duct tape it at night to get it to stay closed). Also had to replace one of the brake light bulbs, which that is understandable but may be providing a few extra in the pop-up would be nice so we didn't have to go out and buy one ourselves. I told Kent all of the issues we had once we returned in an effort for him to make it right before leaving a review but have never heard a word back. For the price, I would definitely recommend renting a better camper. You are basically paying for a hard mattress on wheels, that is difficult to put up (door). Much better quality for the price out there.

Our family took a two-week camping trip with Kent's trailer and found him to be extremely helpful, flexible and communicative. The trailer is 10 years old, but still in good working condition and was exactly what we needed for a road trip with two young kids. We would certainly rent from Kent again.

I tried multiple times and multiple weekends to book Kent's camper, and he would accept and then cancel the reservation-with no reasoning. It was very frustrating. I never was able to use the camper so I can't speak to the cleanliness, mechanical, or value...but communication was definitely lacking.

We had a great time working with Kent. The camper was in excellent condition and was easy to pull. Kent was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this camper to others. It's deceptively spacious inside and comfortable.

Ken was responsive and provided us with clear information and gave us a very thorough walk-through of the camper. Ken was clear on how to use the camper and it worked great for us! the fridge kept our food cold and the heater worked perfectly on the cold nights we had! we enjoyed renting this camper. pulled easily behind my husbands truck. We had no issues at all.
