Monique and her husband were great throughout our rental experience. Leading up to the day of our trip, they communicated and made sure we were prepared and if there were additional questions that we had. When picking up the trailer, they were thorough and you could see the pride of ownership in how they have maintained the trailer. They really cared about ensuring my family had a great experience.

Monique was great to deal with. I can't say enough about the experience of renting from her. She made everything easy and provided so much! We took half of what we thought we needed to. The trailer is fully equipped with supplies and ready to go. This was our first time not tent camping, and we were a little hesitant to pull a trailer, but it was straightforward and proved to be a great time. We took our 10 year-old (afraid of bears, afraid of bugs, afraid of lots) and he loved the trailer and was able to enjoy the trip. Monique didn't just rent us a trailer, she provided an enjoyable experience. You can't go wrong here.

We rented Monique's trailer for my folks while they visited for a week. The trailer was very clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for my folks. We opted for the delivery and pickup service, and they did a great job getting everything set up for us. Monique was great to work with, super friendly.
They will be our first choice the next time we need to rent a trailer.

BEST CAMPING TRIP EVER! What a fabulous experience!!! Monique was so incredibly wonderful to work with through the whole process. She is so thoughtful and helpful, and made sure all our camping needs were met. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations! Monique and her husband Rick took the time to patiently and professionally walk us through all the processes of the trailer and made sure we had all the knowledge and information for a streamlined and stress-free camping experience. They also made our safety their priority by ensuring our vehicle was correctly set up to tow safely and securely. We drove to camp without any worries or issues and when we got there we knew exactly what to do to unhitch the vehicle from the trailer from their straight forward instructions. They really set you up for success! When we got settled in we discovered the incredible welcome kit of goodies left for us. So sweet and much appreciated!
We HIGHLY RECOMMNED this trailer for a truly special get away. It’s just so darling, cozy, immaculately clean and very well stocked with everything you could need. We even got to stream and watch our favorite shows at night thanks to the brand new smart TV she installed. We felt so pampered in this cute-as-a-bug super user friendly and easy to tow trailer. People really do wave at you on the road and nod at you in camp because you just look that cool. We will be booking this teardrop again and again for our annual Oregon Wine Country get-away and look forward to working and chatting with Monique and Rick again! They really are THE BEST!

We absolutely LOVED this little trailer! We wanted to "try before we buy", and came to Outdoorsy to rent one first (highly recommend!) We hit the jackpot with this gem - it was SO clean and comfortable - and with Monique! She was a pure delight to work with and has absolutely thought of EVERYthing in terms of need-to-have items as well as sweet little extras! There should be NOTHING you need with this trailer! Just bring your food and clothing! She even left us a darling welcome bag with July 4 goodies inside! Thank you so much Monique (and Rick) for your patience in describing all the workings of the trailer and your thorough handbook! We had a great time in it!
