We enjoyed working with Vaughn. He's a terrific guy and went out of his way to make sure the camper met our needs. Our only suggestion is that Outdoorsy adds a question to the initial form. You all should ask on the form whether or not the renter is using hookups or if they are dry camping. We were dry camping. Vaughn had never used the camper without hookups and was not aware of some of the issues that can arise with dry camping. For example, he thought the refrigerator ran off propane and we discovered it did not. Therefore, it was draining the battery within a couple of hours. It was quite a pain keeping the battery charged just to have the refrigerator and a bit of light only at night. Additionally, since there is a cleanup fee that you all charge, the camper should be clean inside and out along with the black tank cleaned so the sensors work. This was not the case. Again, we enjoyed working with Vaughn. He was personable and very helpful. That is why I gave a 5 star rating even though......But, Outdoorsy needs to address a bit more detail.

Vaughn is a first class host and addressed any issues that came up. Always responsive to questions that made the trip easy. Would rent from again.

We had an amazing host for our camper trip. He was always on point with communication. The camper was clean. It was roomy. It was comfortable. Pick up and return was super easy. We will be using this host again in the future. I cannot say enough good things about our first experience using outdoorsy to make family memories!
