About Jayson Sawyer

A retired Army Colonel of Infantry-- over 31 years in Uncle Sam's military. Husband of just one wife but father of seven adult children and grandfather of two boys and a girl. Have traveled all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and three of the United States Territories, as well as many foreign countries. Outdoorsmanship and RVing are hobbies, as well as photography, videography, and genealogy. I live in a Swedish-design Coastal Douglas Fir Log Home out in the woods with good neighbors and neighbor dogs, horses, a miniature donkey, chickens, Nigerian Dwarf Goats, deer, bears, birds, bees, bats, and a cougar prowling around the dead-end country lane.
