Made amazing family memories with this RV! Rod was very thorough on how to use everything, and was easy to communicate during the trip with a couple little questions regarding the RV. The RV was stocked with just about everything we needed to make family meals along the way, and was comfortable for our family of 4 to sleep in. We will rent from Rod again!

We rented the RV for two weeks. The RV did have an electrical problem and it was fixed. Rodney did take care of the problem and credited us back for the time lost.
On the other hand, Outdoorsy's insurance coverage has much to be desired. We notified them on Tuesday and the repair company did not show up until Wednesday. Outdoorsy did not credit us back their fees for the time lost. We would rent from Rodney again, not sure about Outdoorsy.

Rodney was truly a pleasure to rent from and has a great rig! We were his first rental and he prepared us well to operate the RV easily. At the same time, he also appreciated and took into account our previous knowledge of RVing and RV rentals.
