We had a great time. However they did mess up our delivery date. It was supposed to be delivered Friday the 14th not the 13th. They were on their way it was a day early luckily we were able to pull some strings and make everything work in the 30 minute timely manner that he texted me he was coming, however it did cost me a extra day of lot rental at the Campground. We had a great time my son is autistic and we always have his Halloween birthday party for 2 weekends in October this is what he loves to do. Friends and family had a great time. My wife had tournaments all weekend and the rv was to be picked up around 11 on Sunday which was fine. Myself and father were there cleaning everything. The owners got there they did the final walk through with me. I notified them someone did urinate in the toilet because they could not make it to the restroom. I offered to scrub the tank for him he said don't worry about it, its just liquid. We never had to use propane we never had to Cook and it was warm so we used the fire pit and indoor fireplace. I asked if everything was good and he said it looked great. I waited to sign the final walk through paper but they never had one for me to sign like I have in the past with previous rv renters. I asked if they had a cancelation for the 2nd weekend to let me know because we may want to rent it he said he would definitely let me know. They loaded and drove off the lot. My wife texted when she got home and texted and also thanked them for a wonderful time. That evening we received a email that a deposit claim was made against us. I called and the response I received was the reason they now took a claim was the rv smells of B.O., the table had a sticky spot, and propane was used I asked why were these speculations not brought to my attention during the final walk through and he got nasty and stated to take it up with Outdoorsy. My wife tried to respectfully message approach him on Outdoorsy and they have now completely ghosted us. It's really unfortunate we have never had any issues with ever renting from anyone on Outdoorsy and have been doing this for years and they are just starting out. It's bad business and after having such a great time to a devastating ending. Be cautious when renting.
